Born and bred here, Ms. Hicks-White has been a part of the Hampton Roads area for over 40 years. In addition to just having the experience of living in the area, Hicks-White also worked in the real estate business for 10 years. That’s when she discovered her true passion and talent. “When I was in the real estate business, I would reorganize, redesign, and basically stage rooms and homes so they would sell faster and for more money. And that’s what I was really successful with. Showing customers the full potential of each room, piece of furniture, even space. ”

Retro Chic Home Décor Boutique will be eco-friendly and cost-effective for the every day - consumer who likes tailored-made style and class.

The boutique is located at 612 East Pembroke Avenue in Downtown Hampton.  Her boutique will be open Monday through Saturday, 9am to 6pm and Sunday, 12p.m. to 5p.m.  Cash, Credit Cards and Checks are accepted.

Ms. Hicks-White also provides home consultation along with the items available in the boutique.  She also offers professional services such as custom window treatments, home staging, professional organizing and one-day redesign.

She says her goal as an interior decorator is to “identify the unique, one of a kind design styles and needs of each customer.”
